Nurturing Yoga

My classes are designed to be gentle and nurturing, connecting breath with movement, while cultivating stillness and quieting our busy minds through meditation and breathing techniques. 

 

You will learn foundational poses and discover the many health benefits of regular yoga practise, such as:

  • Reducing stress and anxiety

  • Improved sleep

  • Increased energy levels

  • Improved balance, strength and flexibility

  • Aids in digestion and, 

  • Immunity building
